Testimonials

“I started working with Long about six months ago. Coming from multiple online programs, apps and coaches and lifting for about 6 years, I was looking for someone to program specific for powerlifting as I was trying to get as strong as I could and all the while find a sustainable fitness plan that I could maintain through the next phase of my life. The efficacy of Long’s program is evident in the fact that I am stronger, not just in the main lifts but also in the accessories I have been able to progress through. But my favorite part about Long as a coach has been his responsiveness to my questions and videos and his ability to work around my hectic schedule so that I can still lift and make progress. He understands I have a life outside the gym but has also held me accountable. Working with Long feels like a partnership and I’m happy to see where the consistency and hard-work can take us.” – Nikolas M.

“I have worked with Kevin for 2 years and he is one of the most underrated coaches I’ve ever seen. Kevin is very critical when it comes to your lifting technique and positioning. Whenever I sent him videos, he would provide insightful feedback and movements that aided the refinement of my lifting. In addition, Kevin has a great ability in understanding your strengths and weaknesses. He takes these into account and creates a program that adapts toward your body. With Kevin, I was able to increase my total by 125kg within 9 months. If you’re serious about reaching your goals, I would definitely choose Kevin. – Jeffrey G.

Being at the gym for almost 2 years, I was never really consistent and was always just going to the gym just to “lift”. I only made minor progress as it was called “Newbie” gains. I have been under Wu’s wing for almost one year now and I can say he helped me be my strongest self with more improvements to come. He helped me get dialed down and always stay focused when it came to my goal. When it came to technique, he was always consistent with honest feedback and had input on things that I can always add to make my form better or how to adjust it to make it more optimal. Wu’s programming was consistent and always adjusted it to fit my needs and targeted any weaknesses I had.” – Eljohn A.

“As a fitness enthusiast, I have always strived to further enhance my athletic performance— especially when it came to physical strength since it wasn’t my strongest suit. Through his proper and thorough instruction, Wu really helped me achieve my goal. An item especially worth noting about Wu is his patience with ensuring that his client fully understands the technicality behind every movement so that they are able to execute the form/technique with success. Being the hard sport that it is, powerlifting can be discouraging at times.. but Wu is always able to restore my confidence, and even praises any accomplishments I have made along the way— no matter how big or small they are. It’s one thing to be a coach, but it’s another to also be an interpersonal, strong supporter — something that Wu embodies.” – Amanda D.
